It is interesting to note that over the past 2 years most of the focus has been around improving a mobile booking experience, hence the slight decline of the mobile hotel apps. Contrary to that 70% of the respondents expect to employ mobile apps by 2015, which links to the fact that experiences such as check-in and check-out are best provided on native hotel app experience, check in and out is now starting to get traction with double digit growth.
