Rover v. 5.11 introduces  the much awaited Card Merge functionality. Now you have the option to merge and correct guest, TA and Company card data capture for your hotels to have an accurate single viewpoint of your customer across the chain. We will also cover the enhanced DAYUSE feature now available to book, track and report day use business for your property Additionally, we will go over enhancements to the following features:  Room Diary, Accounts Receivable, Zest Station and more! Specifically, during the course of the webinar, we will:
  • Go over the card merge feature for Guest, TA and Corporate cards
  • Explore Rover’s new Day/Hourly Use Functionality;
